EFETnet – REMIT leicht gemacht
Bei EFETnet kann man in zwei Videos (auch auf Englisch verfügbar) sehen, wie einfach man doch regulatorisches Reporting unter REMIT machen kann:

Das dänische Außenministerium zum Beispiel war einer sieben Monate andauernden Phishing-Attacke ausgesetzt. Die Webseite des Parlaments wurde im Dezember von sogenannten DDoS-Attacken (massenhafte Anfragen an eine Webseite) in die Knie gezwungen. Gründe genug für den dänischen Geheimdienst DDIS (Danish Defense Intelligence Service), eine Akademie für Hacker ins Leben zu rufen. Wie das Nachrichtenportal „qz.com“ berichtet, ist der Bedarf an Experten für Cybersicherheit im Königreich nebenan groß.

mit Hackern Phising- oder DDoS-Attacken zu verhindern ist irgendwie komisch, denn das sollten auch Sicherheits-Testerinnen und -Tester hinbekommen und professionelle IT-Leute, die es mit der Qualität und den nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen genau nehmen.
Phishing-Attacken verhindert man durch Erziehung der Menschen, die mit den Einganstoren (Web-Seiten, E-Mails) umgehen. DDoS-Attacken zu verhindern geht nicht, aber man kann Szenarien bauen, die diese erkennen, um auf einen robusteren Modus umzustellen.
Dafür braucht es ein gutes Handbuch.

EFETnet successfully launches eRR reporting service for Phase 2
07/04/2016 Today EFETnet successfully went live with the REMIT Phase 2 extension of its electronic Regulatory Reporting (eRR) service. EFETnet now fully covers reporting of bilateral standard and non-standard contracts, secondary capacity trades and fundamental data as far as applicable to MPs. EFETnet’s eRR service allows reporting of new trades as well as lifecycle changes and back-loading for Phase 2. Data entry methods offered cover automatic file transmission, semi-manual by upload of ACER XML files prepared locally (e.g. using Excel), and the direct manual entry through web forms.

Die Verordnung über die Integrität und Transparenz des Energiegroßhandelsmarkts (englisch Regulation on wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency; Akronym REMIT) ist eine 2011 vom Europäischen Parlament und dem Europäischen Rat erlassene Verordnung mit unmittelbarer Rechtswirkung für die EU-Mitgliedsländer. Ziel von REMIT ist die Erhöhung von Transparenz und Stabilität der europäischen Energiemärkte. Insbesondere soll Insiderhandel und Marktmanipulation bekämpft werden. Mit der Überwachung und Regulierung der Energiemärkte gemäß REMIT ist die EU-Behörde ACER betraut.

EFETnet completes ACER certification for all formats required for REMIT Phase 2 reporting
EFETnet has achieved full ACER certification for all the data formats it needs for REMIT Phase 2 reporting. After being among the first four RRMs to achieve this recognition for REMIT Phase 1 in July 2015, EFETnet is now again at the forefront and fully prepared to deliver RRM services for Phase 2 of REMIT, starting on April 7, 2016.The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) announced on March 15, 2016 that EFETnet has been officially and fully registered as a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) for the reporting of records of transactions under REMIT Phase 2. ACER has granted the EFETnet RRM full recognition of its data quality, security controls and technical abilities (…)

Mit dem Beginn der REMIT Phase 2 am 7. April 2016 sieht die Situation jedoch ganz anders aus: Alle Handelsunternehmen haben nun bilaterale Geschäfte selbst zu melden. (…)
Der überwiegende Großteil der über 5.000 europäischen Handelsunternehmen schließt jedoch weniger als 1.000 Geschäfte pro Jahr ab und benötigt daher eine Low-Cost-Lösung.
Hier hilft das von Ponton angebotene Tool PONTON R/R aus. „R/R“ steht dabei für „REMIT/Relaxed“: Mitarbeiter der Handelsunternehmen können Daten manuell in eine Excel-Tabelle eintragen und dann mit Hilfe eines Generators den Report im ACER-Datenformat erzeugen und an EFETnet eRR hochladen. Dies gilt für folgende Transaktionen:
- Standard- und Non-Standard-Geschäfte (ACER XML Table 1 und 2),
- Transportkapazitätsgeschäfte für Strom- und Gas (ACER XML Table 3 und 4),
- Fundamentaldaten für LNG und Gasspeichertransaktionen,
- Backloading aller o.g. Arten von Geschäfte.

Is it Possible to do Sufficient Testing Without QA Resource?
Yahoo eliminated their test and quality assurance department. Instead developers are doing their own testing. Can they test sufficiently without QA resource?
(…) unit testing only catches programmer errors in code, unit testing does not detect failures in the application, which means if you have 100% code coverage, that does not mean a bug free application.
Testers can pair with developers to write better unit tests and developers can help testers with writing automated checks and also educate testers about the architecture of the application so that they can design good tests to find the areas most likely to break during system testing.
Testers can ensure developers follow best quality assurance practices and assist with technical and business test designs to help identify the most critical bugs before releasing software.
